How Kindling auras work in 1.0
Two Kindling aura carriers in the same base still grant only +1 rank. Run one carrier and use the freed slots for real Kindling workers.
Palworld 1.0 expanded work suitability to 10 levels, so a strong Kindling worker has real headroom for both the aura and condensing.
Each condensation rank-up raises one of the Pal's existing suitabilities, not necessarily Kindling. Maximum rank raises all of them. The aura remains a separate +1, capped at level 10.

Does the Kindling Aura stack?
No. Work suitability auras do not stack, so keeping two Kindling aura carriers in the same base still only grants +1 rank. Run a single carrier and fill the rest of the base with dedicated Kindling workers.
What does an end-game Kindling aura crew look like in Palworld 1.0?
A data-backed starting crew pairs Katress Ignis for the aura with Renjishi, Dupin, Flaracle and Jormuntide Ignis. The aura lifts each worker by +1 rank. Condensation is separate: each rank-up raises one of that Pal's suitability levels, and maximum rank raises all of them, up to the 10-level ceiling.
What is a practical early game Kindling base crew?
Arsox, Vanwyrm, Foxparks, Kelpsea Ignis and Rooby are the strongest Kindling workers you can catch by level 20. No Kindling aura carrier spawns that early. Add Katress Ignis later for the aura boost.
