What gives +1 Handiwork work suitability in Palworld 1.0?

Ribbuny carries the Handiwork Aura partner skill, which adds +1 Handiwork suitability rank to every other pal working in your base. In 1.0 this applies from the base whether or not the carrier is your active partner.

Does the Handiwork Aura stack?

No. Work suitability auras do not stack, so keeping two Handiwork aura carriers in the same base still only grants +1 rank. Run a single carrier and fill the rest of the base with dedicated Handiwork workers.

What does an end-game Handiwork aura crew look like in Palworld 1.0?

A data-backed starting crew pairs Ribbuny for the aura with Solenne, Selyne, Wistella and Venusa. The aura lifts each worker by +1 rank. Condensation is separate: each rank-up raises one of that Pal's suitability levels, and maximum rank raises all of them, up to the 10-level ceiling.

What is a practical early game Handiwork base crew?

Run Ribbuny for the +1 aura and back it with Katress, Tarantriss, Vaelet and Ribbuny Botan. Every member of this crew is wild-catchable by level 20.
