Best Farming Boost Pals
Updated
Palworld 1.0 base guideOne aura carrier adds +1 Farming suitability rank to every other worker in the base. Cinnamoth carries the Ranch Aura. The effect stays active while the carrier is stationed at the base, does not stack, and leaves every other slot free for your strongest farming specialists.

How Farming auras work in 1.0
Farming level improves Ranch work, but every species has its own output pool. Pick the material you need before comparing worker ranks.
Two Farming aura carriers in the same base still grant only +1 rank. Cinnamoth also cannot Ranch itself, so one support slot is enough.
The aura and rank-ups can raise a Ranch worker toward level 10, but neither changes which products that species makes.
Frequently asked questions
What gives +1 Farming work suitability in Palworld 1.0?
Cinnamoth carries the Ranch Aura partner skill, which adds +1 Farming suitability rank to every other pal working in your base. In 1.0 this applies from the base whether or not the carrier is your active partner.
Does the Ranch Aura stack?
No. Work suitability auras do not stack, so keeping two Farming aura carriers in the same base still only grants +1 rank. Run a single carrier and fill the rest of the base with dedicated Farming workers.
What does an end-game Farming aura crew look like in Palworld 1.0?
A data-backed starting crew pairs Cinnamoth for the aura with Dumud Gild, Sibelyx Primo, Beegarde and Foxcicle. The aura lifts each worker by +1 rank. Condensation is separate: each rank-up raises one of that Pal's suitability levels, and maximum rank raises all of them, up to the 10-level ceiling.
What is a practical early game Farming base crew?
Run Cinnamoth for the +1 aura and back it with Beegarde, Cremis, Melpaca and Mozzarina. Every member of this crew is wild-catchable by level 20.
Is the highest-level Farming Pal always the best Ranch worker?
No. Ranch output is species-specific, so choose the product you need first, then compare Farming level and bonuses among Pals that make that product. The stage crew is a rank benchmark, not a recommendation to run every listed product at once.
