What gives +1 Cooling work suitability in Palworld 1.0?

Smokie Cryst carries the Cooling Aura partner skill, which adds +1 Cooling suitability rank to every other pal working in your base. In 1.0 this applies from the base whether or not the carrier is your active partner.

Does the Cooling Aura stack?

No. Work suitability auras do not stack, so keeping two Cooling aura carriers in the same base still only grants +1 rank. Run a single carrier and fill the rest of the base with dedicated Cooling workers.

What does an end-game Cooling aura crew look like in Palworld 1.0?

A data-backed starting crew pairs Smokie Cryst for the aura with Bastigor, Frostallion, Univolt Cryst and Pierdon Cryst. The aura lifts each worker by +1 rank. Condensation is separate: each rank-up raises one of that Pal's suitability levels, and maximum rank raises all of them, up to the 10-level ceiling.

What is a practical early game Cooling base crew?

Munchill, Muffly, Penking, Jolthog Cryst and Pengullet are the strongest Cooling workers you can catch by level 20. No Cooling aura carrier spawns that early. Add Smokie Cryst later for the aura boost.
