How Cooling auras work in 1.0
Two Cooling aura carriers in the same base still grant only +1 rank. Run one carrier and use the freed slots for real Cooling workers.
Palworld 1.0 expanded work suitability to 10 levels, so a strong Cooling worker has real headroom for both the aura and condensing.
Each condensation rank-up raises one of the Pal's existing suitabilities, not necessarily Cooling. Maximum rank raises all of them. The aura remains a separate +1, capped at level 10.

Does the Cooling Aura stack?
No. Work suitability auras do not stack, so keeping two Cooling aura carriers in the same base still only grants +1 rank. Run a single carrier and fill the rest of the base with dedicated Cooling workers.
What does an end-game Cooling aura crew look like in Palworld 1.0?
A data-backed starting crew pairs Smokie Cryst for the aura with Bastigor, Frostallion, Univolt Cryst and Pierdon Cryst. The aura lifts each worker by +1 rank. Condensation is separate: each rank-up raises one of that Pal's suitability levels, and maximum rank raises all of them, up to the 10-level ceiling.
What is a practical early game Cooling base crew?
Munchill, Muffly, Penking, Jolthog Cryst and Pengullet are the strongest Cooling workers you can catch by level 20. No Cooling aura carrier spawns that early. Add Smokie Cryst later for the aura boost.
