Add arrow splash, faster bow charges and higher bow damage.
Loomen is the centrepiece: while it is in your party, Lantern Enchantment adds an explosion equal to part of your attack damage when an arrow hits. Robinquill Terra shortens bow charge time and Robinquill raises bow damage. All three effects work from party slots and can coexist, leaving two flex slots for survivability, movement or a weak-point specialist.
Every slot has a job. The cards below show the exact synergy, its rank range, who it affects, and a mapped route to recruiting that pal.

Yes. Loomen's partner skill, Lantern Enchantment, adds an Arrow Explosion effect to your trainer, so arrows you fire detonate on contact. The effect scales from rank 1 to rank 5 as you condense Loomen.
They can coexist because arrow explosion, bow charge speed and bow damage are separate effects. Each effect is individually marked as non-stacking, so a duplicate carrier of the same bonus adds no benefit.
